Catering is in my blood; I am the fourth generation to take this career path and the third to become a chef.
I have spent the last thirteen years honing my trade, working and learning in some of Britain's top restaurants and hotels, under some of the country’s best chefs, such as the Great British Menu's Philip Howard, Emily Watkins and many more. Working my way up through the ranks, I was fortunate enough to be offered the position of Head Chef at the prestigious restaurant, The Sir Charles Napier. With a great team behind me and wise words as guidance, we were awarded with a third AA Rosette and a Michelin Star in just one year.
Four years on, I felt it was the right time to go it alone. Since then, I have utilised all my knowledge and experience to bring a dining experience that will match any Michelin-starred restaurant to the people of Oxford, London and the surrounding areas, but all within the comfort and privacy of their own home.

My philosophy on food is simple: taste, taste, taste... The balancing of the five elements of taste is the most important skill that I have learnt, and adding a pinch of artistic creativity, creates dishes to remember.
